Just a heads up: If you click to talk to support on the coles webpage and type "talk to agent" it no longer sends you to a 'real' person anymore, it still sends you to an AI bot but gives the bot a 'human-like' randomised name.. You can tell it's a bot as it types a huge long sentence with your name and details in a fraction of a second..

I just reported that one of their frozen meals had broken white plastic from the shattered tray again all through the food, and when I said this was around the 15th time this has happened over the last year I got the standard cut-n-paste response:

"We're sorry for the inconvenience, is there anything else we can help you with today?"

Never mind the fact that people are going to die from this sooner or later, sharp plastic through your food WILL tend to cause that if left unchecked by management..

I just don't get online companies who won't send tracking numbers or order updates. Most will kindly provide it automatically, others if it is requested, but Allen's Naturally has NEVER complied. It wouldn't be an issue if I had sent it to my PO Box or if an item wasn't in serious need, but c'mon I've already asked both when I ordered and by email- still nothing. I may start looking for places that carry their products instead of ordering through them.

I'd rather live with the rotten apple than chose one of those options.

I’m from Saudi Arabia and they rejected my account over a tiny address detail (Street 41 vs 40).
I even submitted official proof from the Saudi Wasil system, and they still said NO.

Tried to do something with my clipper account earlier today -but the website has "invisible reCAPTCHA and so I can't actually do anything because it thinks I'm a robot - not even submit customer feedback in the contact us menu. And if you call customer support - the only solution - the message is to use the website or wait until business hours. Meanwhile, the email I received this morning demanded action by 6 pm today.

Eben wieder mit Dell telefoniert, wieder Bilder vom nun eingebauten Akku gemacht, vom BIOS und der Diagnoseanzeige.

Nun wird "intern geprüft".

Ich bekomme bestimmt die 4 Monate seit Beginn der Odyssee noch voll.

[3/2] Nachtrag: Nachdem ich am 12.12. noch einmal nachfragen musste , ging es plötzlich ganz schnell.

Eine neue Service-Mitarbeiterin schrieb mir, dass sie die Bestellung noch einmal ausgelöst hat. Der Akku war dann am 16.12. bei mir.

Hat dann also doch 'nur' 3 Monate gedauert.
