I designed myself some cute overall shorts for the summer out of some leftover and scrap linen. I love how they capture the vibes of one of my DnD characters, while also feeling like some kind of matcha dessert. The buttons at the overall flaps have little mushrooms embroidered on them too. now where is a forest I can frolic in?

Why are our #garlic plants doing this?

It is like the plant started to make gloves but then each clove started to grow and sent up a shoot. These small shoots ‘explode’ out the side of the main stem of the plant. Most of our garlic plants are doing this.

Typically, the plants send up a seed stalk about this time of year which I break off. Then a couple of weeks later it is time to harvest. None of the plants this year have made seed stalks.

One thing I read online suggested a wet spring might be the cause. Yes, western WA had a wet spring.

Our garden soil is fertile and we rotate crops.

Is there anything we can do to prevent this?

I was going to make a comment about #OpenAI and #voiceactors but I realized that some of my assumptions were wrong.

What I'm worried about is that a lot people don't necessarily recognize the difference. Traditionally, a full buyout for a voice actor is reasonable, because it covers a single recording.

But open AI is literally buying the person's *voice*.

The money damn well better be a fuck ton more.
