Now, I’m not one prone to conspiracy theories, but this was never really about Palestine Action, some of their members have committed property damage, but they were never terror organisation. This was always about curbing and controlling the right to protest. Labour and the last Tory gov have issued more and more ludicrous guidelines to police regarding protest - I.e. you can protest, but only at a noise level determined by police.
