Painting 291: #et / #backtothefuture. Typically, I like to destroy space. Have the background pop forward as much as the foreground with bright colors and let them play off each other. This is the most back I've ever pushed but it pops and I love that. #tenyearsoftwothangs

Painting 288: #calvin from #calvinandhobbes / #alteregos. Had a great time with this concept of exploring the alter egos of Calvin and the styles of art that represented them. This was a comic that meant a lot to me and all those imaginative kids of the 80s. #tenyearsoftwothangs
