Software testers do peer conferences (aka unconferences) right! Here are three examples of software tester conference awesomeness.

Re previous toot, I am reminded of the joke about #SoftwareTesting: a tester walks into a bar and asks for a beer. 57 beers. 0 beers. -3 beers. 0.5 beers. ½ a beer. π beers. ∞ beers. A cat. A çat. A çat (which is different from the previous çat). Everything works. She drinks up and asks where the toilets are. The barman catches fire and the house next door turns into a rather surprised gibbon.

💡🤔 Ah, the classic "blame the devs" routine: testing fails in practice because, surprise, developers are not omniscient wizards. Meanwhile, the real culprit—JavaScript errors—guffaws in the corner, sipping on your cookies 🍪 and plotting world domination.

Vitest 4 just came out a few months ago and some dude on the internet already calling its browser mode the next gen frontend testing tool.

How can it be next gen if it is essentially just a Playwright/webdriverio wrapper? 🤦‍♀️

What is missing in Playwright that makes it necessary to use Vitest Browser mode?

I am glad one of the developers did a demo on what he created today. We already found 2 problems in the code that would otherwise have been detected later on.
