Today I went out for a #FreeRun with the #neighbor on which we agreed spontaneously yesterday. Wish we could do this more often, it helps me to keep it easy!

- 11.5km @ 5:35 / km
- 1 km @ conversational pace
Today’s #training was a 3-2-1 #TempoRun
(3km @ 5:10, 2km @ 5:00, 1km @ 4:55). I really like these kind of training.
Closing the #work week with an #EasyRun seems legit. 😎✌️
Today I went out for 17km #LongRun at a conversational pace. Tried to keep the pace calm today.
Today’s #training were #HillRepeats (60s hard #uphill, 30s walking #rest, #jog back down). Had to change the hill due to weather conditions, this one was a bit steeper than my usual one. Maybe I’ll keep this one.
Today’s #training was an #EasyRun, during which I tried to focus on keeping it easy and breathing through my nose (the latter one wasn’t that easy, though).
Today I went out to #run at #lunch time to avoid the folder temperatures this evening. Smashed all repeats. Love those #Fartlek/#TempoRun units.
