When watching the second season of "The Rings of Power" I ask myself if Tolkien himself added so many plot holes to the story, or is it the poor writing for the show?
As for the movies it is clear that the massive story can not be plotted into a TV show easily, but the way of the narrative is too fast paced.
For season three I predict a first release on Tiktok.

It has some moments, but I swear most of the writing and dialogue just feels clunky, obvious, and boring all at once.
And I’m not usually a harsh grader. It just feels bad.
One of the most honest, unromanticised about Tolkiens World and what ROP made of it. Really enjoyed watching
