What is #OpenSauce for the #goose is open sauce for the #gander

Some weekend #opensauce: I'm prototyping bear claw ravioli for this year's holiday cookie box we give friends and family.

I tried a cream cheese pastry (top) similar to a pie crust and pasta frolla (bottom) which is used in Italian pastries.

The former was much more appealing, being more flaky and light. The only mark against it was that it puffed too much and lost the ravioli shape.

I'm going to give a sugar cookie dough a try next before workshopping the shape issues.

I just got back from #OpenSauce2025, and I had a lot of thoughts: mostly excited and some complicated. In general, I think #OpenSauce is bringing back the same Maker Faire energy. I can't iterate how pleasantly surprised I was to meet so many people at #openSauce who are creating tools to enable open source semiconductor fabrication.

I happened to be at #OpenSauce and saw a booth on IP over Tin Can and Strings (IPoTCAS). Sadly, I didn't jot down the creator's social media or contact details, but I did grab the link for the GitHub: https://github.com/SuperTails/ipotcas

What I'm trying to figure out is whether this supports #IPv6 haha. But also, #OpenSauce2025 was great fun and with a huge turnout. The venue in San Mateo was also much more usable than the Cow Palace in 2024.
