Segundo documentos obtidos pelo portal G1, o dono do Banco Master, Daniel Vorcaro, teria utilizado uma rede de fundos e aliados para mascarar sua posição como acionista.</p> <p>A estratégia envolvia a fragmentação das operações para dificultar a fiscalização. Em um dos eixos, o fundo Delta (administrado pelo Master) comprou ações do BRB e as revendeu para Daniel Monteiro, advogado de Vorcaro. Para financiar a compra, Monteiro obteve empréstimos com a Cartos, empresa que também está sob a mira da Polícia Federal.</p> <p>Esquema semelhante ocorreu com o fundo Borneo, que repassou papéis a Monteiro e ao fundo Celeno, este último revendendo sua parte a João Carlos Mansur, ex-executivo da gestora Reag.</p> <p>A pulverização das ações também contou com a participação de Daniel de Faria Jeronimo Leite, procurador municipal no Maranhão e advogado de Vorcaro. In news that will surprise virtually no one, tolerances on basic Master padlocks are so wide that you can use half cuts to make a tryout key set of 256 keys that will have a key to open any 4-pin Master padlock. But… I struggle to see the actual utility of making and having such a tryout key set. Most 4-pin Master padlocks are trivially raked, bumped, or picked, or Lishi-ed if M1, so short of long term persistent access to such a padlock I just don’t see it being worth the time making the set 🤷‍♂️ #locks #lockpicking #master #pentesting #security #padlocks
