And the benefits of deep breathing are not dose dependent! That means five minutes a day is as effective as an hour. It also doesn't need to be fancy - if you're doing slow deep breaths into your abdomen, you're doing it right.

Spending a few minutes a day deep breathing is a much more achievable resolution than sitting on a mat for an hour trying to zen, don't you think?
