I see a lot of apps in e.g. #showcase25 use #FoundationModels, and… *practically speaking*¹, isn’t that what #CoreML promised to do?

Is it as simple as “if we took Core ML, and added a ton more data, the results are way better”?

¹ by that I mean: I’m not looking for a treatise on how ML and LLM differ. I’m trying to figure out the consequences at a much higher level.
