Es muss nicht jeden Morgen #ashtangayoga sein - wichtig ist der Weg auf die Matte. #ganzentspannt :) PS: 2 freie Matten habe ich noch mittwochs in #cappenberg und 3 freitags in #Nordkirchen Präventionskurse jeweils 8x60 Minuten von Krankenkassen bezuschusst
