Ich erinnere mich an die Debatten und Change Prozesse, die mit #DesignThinking und #UserCentredDesign vor ca. 15 Jahren in der Autoindustrie kamen. Ähnlich scheint sich die Baubranche nun die Frage zu stellen, was ist der eigentlich Sinn und Zweck unserer Arbeit? Ist das nur bauen oder können ...oder besser: müssen wir mit unserer Arbeit mehr zur Gesellschaft und zum Klima beitragen? Und wenn ja, wie bekommen wir das am nachhaltigsten und damit auch wirtschaftlich tragbar hin.

TIL: "脱裤子放屁" (tuō kùzi fàng pì)
A Chinese idiom that literally translates to "taking off your pants to fart."
It's used to describe doing something unnecessary or redundant—going through extra trouble to accomplish something that could be done much more simply. It implies adding unnecessary steps to a task.
This relates to #UXDesign more than I could have ever imagined!
