“I thik I’d too many.” I slurred, then looked at him. “Gin fizzy.” (Giggle.) “Lime twist,” and pushed my empty glass across the bar.

“You’ll hav’ta excuse me, powder woom.”

Pushing through the crowd, I stopped in front of the restroom and looked back in time to see him add something to my drink.

“A hunter,” I thought. But I was one too, fingering my razor-sharp ankh medallion.

Unglaublich volles Kulturwochenende in #berlin Freitag Abend unter anderem #MarkWaschke (kennt man als den Priester aus #Dark ) als Überraschungsgast bei #HKW24 (alle Acts dort wurden vorher nicht bekannt gegeben) der unter anderem dann dort #LifeOnMars von #DavidBowie singt. Ich war beeindruckt! Und am Samstag sehr spontan abends in die #BerlinerVolksbühne um dort #TheHunger zu sehen. Wer spielt, singt und tanzt mit #AnneRattePolle (auch aus #Dark ) und was singt sie? Unter anderem #LifeOnMars ! Wie groß war die Wahrscheinlichkeit, zwei Dark-Stars innerhalb von 24h dasselbe Bowie-Lied singen zu hören?

Rude, but:

I gather that there is a term for the sort of over-decorated home that, e.g., a prominent abomination, prefers: 'piss-elegant'.

Miriam and John did _not_ have that sort of place…but the film itself was 'piss-stylish', or perhaps 'piss-arty'.

(Now I want to listen to Bongwater's back-catalogue to see if Ann Magnuson, who played the first victim, ever sang about the movie, since either term or its equivalent would be at home in some Bongwater lyrucs.)

This wasn't a good movie. But it was a great movie.
I really liked it but the pace was languid, which was fine. It just didn't feel like having a final act it felt like. Great tone piece of vampire lore and lust and addiction and stuff. I could have used more David Bowie. Like his memories could have haunted the second half. But that would have got in the way of lesbian vampires so eh.
