anyone remember when @spaceg ran the cohost minecraft server? It was a really cool setup.
- no microsoft/mojang auth; it used some sort of third party auth plugin that lets you bypass the official auth server and login with user/pass instead. this means that you can make "dummy accounts" for yourself if you want a bot or a camera, which leads me to
- relaxed rules around scripting. basically "anything goes except griefing." want your bot account to log in at your farm and afk? sure, as long as its not too laggy. you wanna xray for diamonds? go for it, you're cheating nobody but yourself.
- custom server resource pack (bees = eggbugs)
if anyone is running a minecraft world with similar parameters then let me know, I might hop on sometime. Maybe I'll build something this time besides a giant pumpkin.
