Okay. I have been at this for several hours & I'm getting far too frustrated.

I am trying to figure out how to sync a #PocketPC to #Linux.

I came across Genesis Sync that is supposed to be a GUI for #SyncEvolution. Its only available as a tar.gz file.

In the file browser, I located & uncompressed the file with the archive manager but what do I do next? It just looks like a bunch of python & system files.

How do I install this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@milan Integration with #evolution notes backend and #SyncEvolution ActiveSync (#eas) would be a dream team for me.

Au secours ! J'arrive pas à faire un export de mes contacts avec #syncevolution sur mon Ubuntu phone...
Ça plante dès qu'il y a un contact avec photo (qu'il ne trouve pas). Si je supprime le contact qui fait planter, l'export va un peu plus loin, jusqu'à la photo suivante. Quelqu'un aurait une idée pour éviter la suppression manuelle de tous les contacts qui posent problème pour les recréer juste après (toujours manuellement 😡 ). Je sais pas, genre une option miracle qui exporte sans les photos.
