I am Abed Al-Khaleq, a father from Gaza. We lost everything but hope. 💔⛺

Before the war, I was a civil engineering consultant, and my wife, Noha, held a Master’s in Business. We had a warm home and a bright future for our five children. Today, our 3-story home is rubble, and we live in a small tent on a farm in Deir al-Balah.

The struggle for survival is real:

🍎 My 3-year-old son, Anas, thanked his mother for a bell pepper, thinking it was an apple. He hasn't seen fruit in months.

📉 We are starving. I have lost 16kg, and my children are losing weight and health every day.

📚 Despite the hunger and shelling, I take my children to the streets to find internet for their online classes. We refuse to let their education die.

We believe in peace, humanity, and education. We are not part of this war; we are just a family trying to survive and rebuild.
