Yes, both are worse than paywalling issues to "paying customers only"...

@Mawoka I think #StaleBot should disqualify everyone who instates it from touching any code whatsoever!

Worse is only #StarBot which is likely violating #GitHub's ToS and is just an asshole move - kinda like denying customer service if someone doesn't rate a business 5* on the sales platform they bought it from!
