New: On or about December 15 through December 19, 2025, crews will install Overhead Catenary System (OCS) poles along Wayne Avenue during overnight hours from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Crews will move along Wayne Avenue, installing poles on the previously installed foundations. Each pole takes only a few minutes to set and tighten the bolts. Work is being completed overnight to minimize traffic disruptions.
