As its name suggests, Darwin’s frog (Rhinoderma darwinii) was discovered by none other than Charles Darwin himself, during his famous voyage on the ship HMS Beagle. It is found in Chile and Argentina, in forests high above sea level, and is unfortunately an endangered species.
