But when the cup is empty, do you throw it away? Every day? A crew of 400 people on the USS #Voyager & USS #Enterprise shouting #coffee! three times a day, and therefore throwing away 400 x 3 x 356 coffee cups over the entire year? Plates, bowls, cups?

Every time I see someone giggling about how waste (poop) must get put into the replicator system to be broken down into its component molecules and then reasembled into various things (often food) I think, "You really don't understand how farming works, do you?"
When I was a kid, I never would have guessed that figuring out what to buy, make, and eat for 21 meals per week would be such a big part of adulthood.
We need Star Trek replicators to finally be invented so food can magically appear for everyone on the days when you don’t know what to eat. 😂
