At the end of September the RIECS-Concept consortium gathered at the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗼-𝗕𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗮 for two days of vision building — crafting the 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲 for a future 𝗽𝗮𝗻-𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.
