Lakeview just after sunset. A city on the wooded hillside on the edge of Meteor Lake. Brutalist architecture, lit windows in a blue atmosphere, a large polygon central building from Crystal Corp sheds lights over the city from its surface cladded in videoscreens playing abstract hypnotic patterns. A wide boulevard across the egde of the lake with steps leading up to the polygon. Neon signs and videoscreens everywhere, casinos, shops, hotels, a tv tower, monorail minicars between the buildings, lake cruiseboats moored in a small harbour, a digital clock-tower, cablecars to a viewpoint on the top of the hill. A couple of villa's on the hill above the city, as well as a huge data center with four cooling towers.A closer view of the large polygon central building from Crystal Corp. Interesting to see that the #disinformation #Orcs are on Mastodon.
This one claimed that #CERNs #scientists had discovered proof of a #parallel #universe. My nephew has worked at CERN for over 10 years (as a scientist) and called it 'the usual, #conspiracy theory'. I sent a polite reply to the OP stating this and suggesting it was #disinformation and received this reply (looks like I touched a nerve there!).
