I'm considering gradually introducing #NextCloud and #OnlyOffice in to a small accounting business that's currently using 365.

There are both embedded employees and procedures so glacial pace is fine.

I was thinking OO first to be used as the PDF editor. Running on a spare PC at a .local domain in the network.

Eventually it'd be the full NC suite, self hosted and web accessible.

If you've had experience with these or have any insights I'd be super happy to hear them ☺️

Personnaly, I wouldn't use OnlyOffice.

Har installert #gnumeric , men også #onlyoffice for å teste ut ulike alternativer.

Har også brukt #libreoffice og #openoffice.

Har ikke funnet noe som ikke gjør at jeg ikke kan bruke det ene eller det andre - jeg er ikke så avansert på hjemmebane på kontor applikasjoner. Trenger å kunne føre budsjett, skrive et brev, kanskje lage en presentasjon i ny og ne.

Det viktigste er at formatet er universalt og kan åpnes overalt. Resten blir subjektivt og hva man liker best.

Danke das zu #OnlyOffice noch was gesagt hast.

Da wurde ich auch schon fast gesteinigt, weil ich es viel besser angenehmer als Libreoffice finde. Weil halt mal ursprünglich irgendwie was mit Russland zu tun hatte... Ähnlich wie Paypal boykottieren sollst, wegen Thiel, der damit auch schon ewig nix mehr zu tun hat.

Zudem ist es ja Opensource und noch Europäische und obendrauf echt gut.

Libre fühlt sich für mich so an, ja typisch Opensource, irgendwie geflickt. Also das typische Vorurteil.
