I was cleaning my office and it turns out I left a perfectly functional whoop in it's case on a shelf and forgot about it. So I went flying this morning for the first time in much longer than I want to admit. 5 batteries, about 3-5m per battery. It needs some tuning, but it flew well enough despite losing yaw authority occasionally. (And I crashed into 0 pools, vehicles or people. Lots of grass rescues, but that's expected with a whoop.)

I should get the real drones out to the construction site again and see how that is going. Last time we were up there, a couple hundred postage-stamp-sized townhouses had gone up in under 2 weeks and they were about to break ground on the other set of condos.

Maybe they'll bring another crane. The first build had an altimeter-estimated 300' crane that the local bald eagle liked to hang out on top of. Other than turning to watch when I flew past, he didn't seem to care what we did.
