Going to have a two week unpaid break next month so it would be really cool if I could find some sort of freelance programming job with game devs who don't use genAI in any way, shape, or form. I mostly use Godot nowadays but have a wide range of experience!

I'm currently a part-time programming teacher and have been for almost four years now. I teach a wide variety of languages such as Java, Python, Lua, C++, and more for all ages and skill levels. I've taught courses where we build engines from scratch using SDL2, among other stuff.

My background is self-taught and I'm a very quick learner, so I can easily adapt to any language or engine. I once spent a weekend teaching myself Fortran and building a text-based RPG because my boss had a client who was interested in a course which unfortunately never materialized into anything.
