J Dilla - Donuts

It takes a really amazing mind to be able to hold so much music in your head that you can put together something like Donuts, let alone do at least part of it from a hospital bed.

Much like Bowie with Blackstar, Dilla died 3 days after this album's release, and it was a high point to go out on. Every time I think that sampling isn't "real" music, I go back to this to prove myself wrong...
