Cloud flying in gliders appears to be legal in Finland.

Would you do it?

(The way the rules are set up in the United States, it would be very difficult for a 'pure glider pilot' to get an instrument rating. You would probably have to do it the long way...get a rating in powered aircraft, etc.)
