Went to new peer group for peri/menopause last night. It was good, but had a bad pain night and only slept for a few minutes. And youngest needs my help this morning, so I’ve not gone to the other new group, which I was looking forward to, but nevermind.

Weder das neue Medikament noch cpap-Therapie scheinen bisher etwas zu bewirken. Wahrscheinlich muss ich auch noch ein wenig Geduld haben.

Ich habe noch ein paar andere Arzttermine in der Pipeline, um hoffentlich zu einer Lösung zu finden, die mich besser schlafen lässt, denn so geht das nicht weiter.

I've struggled with sleeping for as long as I can remember. From mania-fueled adventures where I didn't sleep for days to only being able to sleep 3 to 4 hours a night, if that, proper sleep has almost always evaded me. I call it my Tyler Durden Disorder.
