So in Belgium i found out a rare ISP.
Digi Telecom.
Unlike other ISP they make mandatori 2FA via email (not the best but the only one to force it on all account not only admin (proximus)).
They support RPKI validation, they support Esim and is cheap.
Only downside SMS paid if not to another DIGI in 5€ plan, both call and sms paid if not digi in 3€.
But i did not use it anyway (not secure).
Now when they release IPV6 on mobile they will be perfect for my need.

I get why #ISP s and the rest of internet infrastructure make it so hard to simply publish some stupid server on the web, and it's objectively a good thing.
Buuut mannn (said gender-neutrally) it's so hard to deploy a #honeypot ! Like, I cant do port forwarding on my router because my ISP won't let me, I cant use cloud to redirect traffic because accounts serving malicious traffic get banned, and I can't use something like cloudflare because they filter bad traffic that is exactly the traffic that I want to study.
like, I just want to connect my stupid device to the web and make it receive SSH traffic!
If anyone knows a solution to this problem please inform me :P
Something else I was thinking about when reading this article: the #Quatsino nation could use the $18k saved by this to become an #ISP.
#Indigenous #DigitalSovereignty … I honestly cannot say I have **ever** heard of this, though I suspect some nation, some where, has done it. Yes, there are ongoing costs, risks. And there is a big up-front cost if they want to run fibre to the community.
But likely less than **not** doing it.
I'm back online from the longest internet outage in my life - 19 hours!
Have no idea what was broken on my #ISP side, but guess that was something huge.
A lot of things went wrong while offline. I had #HomeAssistant connection issues on #iOS. I had #Plex issues playing something. I even had issues with #PhilipsHue lights, because the time on the bridge switched to something completely unrelated to reality.
My #homelab was not prepared, but lessons were learned.

В прошлом году мы закончили масштабную задачу — добавили MySQL 8 на все серверы шаред-хостинга с ispmanager. Получилась полноценная инфраструктурная перестройка: с двумя версиями MySQL на одном сервере, прозрачным переключением клиентов и возможностью безопасной миграции. В статье расскажем, какие варианты мы рассматривали, почему отказались от очевидных решений, как в итоге реализовали проксирование на уровне сокета и зачем нам понадобился собственный плагин миграции для ispmanager.

By the way, the VPN provider I chose as a workaround for my ISP's bad peering quality is Mullvad.
Since I only need it as a temporary workaround until my contract with Magenta allows me to switch to a different ISP, I only need to pay for 3 months, and Mullvad's monthly costs are quite OK. What really sold me was their setup process though. Just transfer money in advance, download the config files, import a config file in NetworkManager, done.
