📰 GOVERNMENT REPORT LINKS FLUORIDE IN WATER TO LOWER IQS IN KIDS
A recent U.S. government report has highlighted a potential link between high fluoride levels in drinking water 💧 and lower IQs in children 🧠. This is the first time a federal agency has connected consuming double the recommended fluoride amount to cognitive issues in kids.

I went to a GP and said 'Please give me my sixth #Covid19 #vaccine.' (Also 'hello, how are you, nice weather for it, how's the building work coming along' etc - am not an animal).
He said: 'No, the policy does not direct me to do that.'
He said I:
am 56 (younger than 75),
not immune compromised,
and have had a #vaccination in 2023.
(The GP showed me the NSW Health page too).
I am a more than occasional Norman and Tegan listener, and I am more-or-less sure that they've said:
If you haven't had Covid19, or a vaccine in the last six months, go and get one.
So, now I am confused, what am I supposed to do?
This … was a long day. I’m sad I’m finding “only” 15km such tough going, relative to the 30km I was managing last summer, but it’s totally my own fault for spiralling and letting my health slide so far for so long. Onwards and upwards! #healthReport #activity #exercise
I was feeling rather off yesterday and overnight. Took a covid test (negative) but that seemed a minor precaution as I have no respiratory issues. Was low-grade feverish though.
Three loaves of bread were baked yesterday WITHOUT PICTURES – so you know I was not in good form.
Bundled up for bed, and slept it off mostly. Minor passing virus perhaps.
Somewhat functional today. Drinking tea and debugging code. Typing slowly with minor enthusiasm.
