So, I thought I had it all figured out and ordered a bunch of adapters for my headphone setup… only to realize I got it wrong 😅 I assumed the female side was the tip and the male was where you plug in.
Turns out, the male is the tip of the adapter, and the female is where you plug the headphones to change the size. Instead of getting '3.5mm female to 6.5mm male', I ended up with '3.5mm male to 6.5mm female'. Well… who knows, maybe it’ll be useful if I want to connect my phone to one of my amps. Lesson learned: I now need to order the correct set.
