If you asked me, before now, what #profession I admire the most, I would have said #Scientist.. specifically #Physicist.. more specifically #Astrophysicist.. and #VideoGameDevelopers.. especially underpaid, overworked, & passionate #GameDevs.
I still admire them.
But now, the profession I admire the most is #Educator.. specifically Teachers.. more specifically #GreatEducators.. #GreatTeachers.

In my latest blog post, I delved into the concept of the anchors in our lives. Those are the people who provide stability, guidance, and wisdom during transformative moments. One such person for me is Professor John Knight.

Today, I had the privilege of spending a few precious hours immersing myself once again in his enlightening presence. Professor Knight has had an immeasurable impact on countless international students over the decades at Saint Mary's College of California. And the ripples of his kindness and mentorship spread far beyond what we can see.

While his humble nature may never truly comprehend the breadth of his influence, I feel compelled to acknowledge it publicly. So, to Professor Knight and all the “anchors” out there, who shape our paths without even realizing it, I extend my deepest gratitude. 🙏
