Zoe and I are watching "Flow" together. She's unusual in many respects and has her own way of interacting with her world.
She's a rescued feral, so trust is a hard thing for her. (She doesn't cuddle like most kittehs.) I greatly enjoy watching her navigate things in her own way; she teaches me much while doing so.
May we all learn to appreciate, celebrate, and learn from each individual uniqueness.

Back home from seeing the Fleetwood Mac tribute show 'Go Your Own Way' in Leicester this evening.
I'll give it a generous 7/10 - mainly for the energy and personalities on stage, plus the lighting.
It was more of a 'music inspired by Fleetwood Mac' than a tribute band.
There was a lot of more obscure album tracks, and a couple of early Peter Green tracks. The approach was typified by Tusk which is extremely difficult to do on stage but they carried it off with improvisation and audience participation.
The sound, I felt was poor, and some of the guitar playing rather self-congratulatory.
But 7/10 ain't bad
We're off out this evening to see a Fleetwood Mac tribute act at Demontfort Hall in Leicester.
I'm looking forward to it.

One upon a time I had a job, then I married a woman.
Then I had a new job.
I didn’t change I was always the same person the same quality work. But some thing else changed.
These were my friends, people I genuinely looked up to. People I modeled my own career after.
But the thing is, I can’t model my career after middle age white men. I feel like that’s lost on a lot of young women in this mentor culture. It was pressed upon me from a young point in my career that I must have a mentor, and in my field that means a man. There aren’t many women who have been in it as long.
But…..I’m a queer millennial woman. So instead I’ll blaze a path for the queers entering this space after me.
Get in bitches we’re smashing the patriarchy!

Beschlossen mal die 3,5 km in die Firma zu laufen. Resultat: 2 Kollegen haben es nicht geglaubt, zwei Kolleginnen fragen "Aber..aber..warum?".
Naja, wird ab sofort jeden Freitag gemacht.
Nebeneffekt, nach 35 min Lanz&Precht Podcast kurz nach dem Aufstehen lässt das Hirn ganz schön schnell auf Betriebstemperatur kommen.
