📚️ Lutris is a libre interface to centralize the viewing, installation, play and maintenance (update management) of a collection of games locally or from online stores such as GOG, Steam, Epic Games Store, Humble Bundle, Amazon Prime Gaming, Origine, Ubisoft & Electronic Arts. It also supports non-native games via different emulators (called "runners", it includes the main emulators, but also Wine, Flatpak, Libretro, Pico-8, TIC-80, ScummVM, Web, ZDoom). It allows a general configuration by Runner, and a specific configuration for each game. It also supports many tools dedicated to games (Gamemode, Mangohud, gamescope, DXVK, VKD3D, anti-cheat systems, ...). For now (Sept-22) only the GOG store is fully integrated (view and update games from the interface), the other stores are links launching external interfaces.

It not only lets you play older games using the SCUMM engine (Maniac Mansion, Monkey Island, Indiana Jones, ...), but also the first 3D games (such as Grim Fandango, Escape from Monkey Island, Star Wars Dark Forces 1, the X-Wing series, Rebel Assault series and Indiana Jones series) from the mid-90s, and others (Afterlife, Outlaws, ...). The interface is ergonomic, simple and attractive. Excellent!

📚️ Minigalaxy is a libre UI allowing to consult, download, update, and launch easily a collection of games, native or not (support of ScummVM, DOSBox & Wine), obtained from the GOG.com website, and to keep them in the same place (editable). The user navigates (online only) in his collection (with quick search on the name). The advantages are simple navigation, automatic game updates, very good game documentation (summaries, links), and good resistance to crashes on certain games. Its (minor) shortcomings: limited to the GOG site, GOG connection required (like the others), no purchase on GOG (games must be purchased in advance), some games don't load (GOG problem?).

📚️ DREAMM is a free, mature emulator for LucasArts games, which runs the code of the original SPUTM game engine in an x86 emulator, enabling the highest fidelity of execution. It not only lets you play older games using the SCUMM engine (Maniac Mansion, Monkey Island, Indiana Jones, ...), but also the first 3D games (such as Grim Fandango, Escape from Monkey Island, Star Wars Dark Forces 1, the X-Wing series, Rebel Assault series and Indiana Jones series) from the mid-90s, and others (Afterlife, Outlaws, ...). The interface is ergonomic, simple and attractive. Excellent!

🕶️ Rare GUI (v.1.11.2) showing some games from Epic Games (most are Windows-only games) on my PC. The games awaiting installation have a grey cover, while the others have a coloured cover. Destiny 2 is currently being downloaded (3% complete). The top of the interface is devoted to menus (various search filters, settings, game counters, etc.).
