La serie precuela de la saga #Viernes13 y que explora los orígenes de Jason interpretado por Callum Vinson y Pamela interpretada por Linda Cardellini, #CrystalLake ha finalizado su rodaje.
Se espera que la serie debute en algún momento de 2026 en la plataforma de #Peacock en Estados Unidos y probablemente llegue a #SkyShowTime en España, todavía no hay plataforma confirmada para Latinoamérica.

La franquicia de #Viernes13 está teniendo un renacimiento actualmente, la serie #CrystalLake está en producción, a ella le seguirá un reboot de la saga con nuevo elenco y un posible candidato a encarnar al asesino de la mascara de hockey es la ex estrella de la WWE Adam Scherr (Braun Strowman), quien en recientes declaraciones a #Collider reveló que está en conversaciones preliminares para interpretar a #JasonVoorhees en la próxima cinta de la franquicia, aunque nada está confirmado.
"Puede que haya charlas con conocidos y mi agencia; si todos acuerdan, podría ser el próximo Voorhees", dijo. Agregó que se afeitaría la barba con gusto para el rol.
