The contrast between the rollickin' adventure in the modern day an' the grandiose epic a' the past is very well handled by Ram V.

I don't know how much this series'll shake up the DC cosmology after Darkseid's "death" or if it's just pavin' the way fer a return ta the status quo, but I hope it's the former. An epic like this oughta have a lastin' impact.
