🔍 Khi nhận yêu cầu (ví dụ: Dark Mode cho báo cáo), PM “khắc nghiệt” thực hiện phân tích:
1️⃣ “Clutter Tax”: tăng bao nhiêu click vào quy trình chính?
2️⃣ “Forever Cost”: tính năng có làm gián đoạn responsive, xuất email …?
3️⃣ Verdict: “Kill” hay “Keep” + lý do.
Kết quả: giảm “feature creep”, tiết kiệm chi phí bảo trì, tự tin nói “No”.

Auch die Beta 3 von #macos26 hat noch das Problem, dass sie ab ca. 10 offenen Apps extrem laggy und langsam wird. Ich hoffe, das bekommen sie noch schnell in den Griff und ist kein erstes Anzeichen von #featurecreep …
