@MewProjects I'm not seeing an option to assign #FastPlay to play mp3 files. I looked in Windows settings as well as in the dialog which comes up when assigning a filetype to an app for the first time. As noted in an earlier post, I don't get the option for, "always" when I choose your app in the list. Any idea as to why & how to fix it, especially, now that you say that feature has been implemented?

@MewProjects i have a #FeatureRequest regarding #FastPlay. I'd love to see the ability to use it as my default media player on #Windows. I love using it on the mac. Is this something you'd be willing to implement?

In #FastPlay on the mac, how do I navigate to the most recent bookmark I made or bring up a list so I can jump between them?
@MewProjects @munchkinbear When I play the instructions for @ACBNational community events, the file loops, after reaching the end the first time. I’m not seeing a setting to modify this behaviour.
Any hints?
Also, I love #FastPlay so much that I set it as my default media player for mp3 files! :)

Any #FastPlay users here? I can't get mine to open & may wind up completely reinstalling Windows this weekend, as my pc completely shutdown on me, during 2 different zoom meetings, without warning. 1 was a hosting gig for @ACBNational & the other was last night, when some friends were trying to help me diagnose an issue between zoom & the audio I was attempting to screen share. i have a zoom this coming Tuesday, so if I'm going to reinstall, it'll need to be prior to then.
Anyone else having trouble playing youtube videos with #FastPlay? I have tried multiple versions of ytdlp in multiple locations and I always get an error. It doesn't matter if I search for a video or paste the url directly.

Checking in to ask if anyone knows how to resolve a "failed to get stream URL" when trying to play audio from YouTube videos in #FastPlay? I have specified the correct path to yt-dlp and added my YouTube API key in settings.
Just tried #FastPlay. Wow, just wow! I'd like some more enhancements, but it seems to be very, very decent. At least, for a nitpicky guy like me who basically doesn't like anything except for Winamp and 1by1, FastPlay is definitely a thing to keep. Thanks so much @Bri! And special kudos for not using Python this time 😜
As every C++-based solution it's painful to build, but it's native which is a huge plus for me.
@Bri So tell me to get lost it #FastPlay can do this already, but I’m wondering if I could use this to play audio elements in on my show? I use Farrago on the Mac which is fine but I can’t get it announce how long an item has left to play and I know your app can do this. However I’d ideally like to be able to line up a playlist of items, then play them one by one but not continuously - so I hit a hotkey to start item 1, then it plays and then pauses, then i hit said hotkey and it plays item 2. Am I hoping for too much here??

Add a use legacy volume adjustment checkbox to advanced, for those who don't care about volume affecting recordings and want it to respond quickly.
Add an option to not show track filenames in the window title.
In addition to this, improve window title display so that it shows much more useful track information than before.
Fix the scheduler so that when set to both playback and recording, the audio is now correctly muted.
Add an import button to the radio dialog, for importing M3U or pls streams.
Add the promised search tab to the radio dialog, which lets you search RadioBrowser, TuneIn, iHeart Radio.
Adjust rate feature to not rely on the tempo algorithm being BassFX/Sound Touch.
Fix pasting into the playlist view.

Fix a bug report where now playing song titles didn't continue parsing past an apostrophe character.
Add a keystroke, u, to mute the player. This works in such a way where recording the player would still work but you wouldn't hear the player output.

Add playlist manager dialog, control P. Allows you to modify the current playlist. You can add files to it by pasting them, move them with alt up and down arrows, delete them with delete.
