په بېړنیو حالاتو کې د #اغېزمنو_نشراتو په اړه دوه ورځنی #ورکشاپ پیل شو

د #افغاني_سرې_میاشتې د سیمه ییزو زونونو او د ولایتي نماینده ګیو د نشراتو مدیرانو لپاره په بېړنیو حالاتو کې د خبر لیکنې او ویډیو اخیستنې په اړه دوه ورځنی روزنیز ورکشاپ د دې ټولنې د مرستیال ښاغلي حافظ عزیز الرحمن او په عملیاتي چارو کې د سکرتر جنرال مرستیال ښاغلي مولوي روحالله عبدالسلام په شتون کې پیل شو.
د ورکشاپ د پرانیستې پر مهال ښاغلي حافظ عزيز الرحمن ګډونوالو ته تر ښه راغلاست ویلو وروسته ټینګار وکړ، چې د نشراتو مديران باید د #بېړنیو_حالاتو پر مهال د معلوماتو راټولول، تنظیم او خپرول په مسلکي توګه ترسره کړي، څو د ادارې فعالیتونه د خلکو او اړوندو بنسټونو ترمنځ په روښانه او اغېزمن ډول منعکس شي.
همدارنګه د سکرتر جنرال عملیاتي مرستیال د رسنیو له لارې د دقیقو او باوري راپورونو خپرول د سرې میاشتې له مهمو مسؤولیتونو څخه وبلل. هغه وویل، چې د ولایتونو د نشراتو مدیران باید د بېړنیو حالاتو د پوښښ پر مهال د خوندیتوب اصول، مسلکي معیارونه او لازمه همغږي مراعت کړي، ځکه د سمو معلوماتو خپرول د خلکو د باور د لوړولو او د مرستو د همغږۍ د پیاوړتیا لامل ګرځي.
د یادونې وړ ده چې په دې دوه ورځني ورکشاپ کې ګډونوالو ته د خبر لیکنې، انځور اخیستنې، ویډیو ثبتولو او د بېړني وضعیت د پوښښ اړوند مهمو برخو په اړه هر اړخیز او مسلکي معلومات ورکول کېږي.

Two-Day Workshop on #Effective_Dissemination During Emergencies Commences

A two-day #training_workshop on news writing and videos recording during emergency situations has commenced for Information and Dissemination officers of the #ARCS from regional zones and provincial branches. The workshop was inaugurated in the presence the Society’s Vice President, Hafiz Azizur Rahman, and the Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs, Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salaam.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Vice President welcomed the participants and emphasized that dissemination officers must #professionally collect, organize, and share information during emergencies to ensure the organization’s activities are clearly and effectively reflected to the public and relevant institutions.
Meanwhile, the Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs underscored the importance of accurate and reliable reporting, describing it as one of the core responsibilities of the ARCS. He emphasized that provincial Dissemination Officers should strictly follow safety principles, professional standards, and necessary coordination while covering emergencies, noting that accurate information enhances public trust and strengthens coordination of humanitarian assistance.
Throughout the two-day workshop, participants will receive comprehensive professional training in news writing, photography, video recording, and key elements of emergency coverage.
