In accordance with the decision of the Paktia province authorities, and based on the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development’s proposal and the order of the Supreme Council of Ministers, Qari Fazl Rahman “Mansour” has been appointed as the head of the Housing and Urban Development Department of Paktia province, and introduced to the staff of the department during a meeting.
The meeting held in this regard was attended by the head of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development’s personnel affairs, the senior delegation, the head of the province authorities’ personnel affairs, representatives from several agencies, and the staff of the department.
Qari Fazl Rahman Mansour previously served as the conflict resolution officer for the expansion department in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. The former head of the Housing and Urban Development Department of Paktia province, Mufi Obaidullah Rashad, has been appointed as the conflict resolution officer for the expansion department in the same ministry.
