When identity, email, documents, payments, and communication all depend on the same upstream platforms, we create classic single-point-of-failure risk.
Everything can be “working as designed” — and still be brittle.
Resilience isn’t about rejecting platforms. It’s about decoupling, redundancy, portability, and preserving options.
A #systems_engineering reminder: stability ≠ resilience.
