AI investment is heavily skewed toward digital tech, sidelining clean energy and agriculture—key to achieving SDGs. Policymakers must redirect R&D, mandate AI in sustainability policies, and incentivize funding for underinvested sectors to ensure AI serves global equity and climate goals, not just commercial interests.

Today's "AI for good" initiatives eerily resemble colonial "civilizing missions"—Western solutions imposed from above. The poor become data sources rather than technology creators. We need to fund local tech talent instead of exporting algorithmic "solutions" to problems we barely understand.

I could see on X that they are making fun of China, saying things like, "What has China invented without copying others?" It seems like this isn't a healthy question. You know, China can make everything, including accessibility, and sell it at better prices, such as for Malaysia's MYR. China has addressed the world's issues of accessibility and affordability. It seems that those users on X do not appreciate what China has achieved. #ChinaInnovation #TechForAll #MYRAccessibility #DecolonizeTech #GlobalSouth #AffordableTech #XHate
