The airspace above and around El Paso was completely closed to all traffic — including Medevac and law enforcement — for several hours today due entirely to the utter incompetence of this administration.
The real story? The military was testing anti-#drone weaponry without bothering to inform or coordinate with the #FAA. There was no way to know if the tech represented a threat to commercial traffic, so the FAA used the only tool available to it: a complete shutdown.
The story the administration told us? That “Mexican cartels” were invading the US with drones. 🙄🤦🏼🤣

Overnight in LA on Jan 30th radical acts of non compliance with ICE allegedly occurred.
Allegedly dumpsters found their way against ICE facilities and spontaneously erupted in fire while ICE / DHS agents allegedly got the shit beat out of them by no one at all. I didn't see anyone myself so whose to say anyone was there at all.
I say we let the dumpster fire investigate itself and just that bad boy simmer.
2026-01-30: It was a beautiful day for a revolution! Blue skies, warm sun, an estimated 2,000 lovely people peacefully —even joyously —protesting the fascist regime and its masked Gestapo thugs.
All of this in red South Orange County. The veil is off: Americans see the true face of this administration and it makes them sick. So we find one another and join together to remind ourselves of what this country could be like, what it should be like, and what, fate willing, if we work together, it will be like again soon.

Hotels probably already have the option to decline to serve ICE and other #terrorist organizations. But the idea that the Third Amendment protects hotels from state action to deny them that option is comforting.
While it was originally clear that Judge Menendez in MN was going to regretfully decline to enjoin the government’s brutal occupation of that state (the Tenth Amendment doesn't really give her the power to do so), the administration may have made it easier for her to take action after all.
