Investing in people is how we build better software. π
In December, our engineers JoΓ£o Mangilli and Ryan Lemes earned the AWS Certified Developer certification.
This validates hands-on skills in building, deploying, and optimizing applications on AWS β from CI/CD workflows to solving real-world production challenges.
At Codeminer42, we actively support our teamβs growth, because a stronger team means better solutions for our clients.
Congrats, JoΓ£o and Ryan! π

What an experience QCon AI New York was!
Our miners Carlos Lopes and Talysson Oliveira spent two days learning from engineers who are building and scaling AI systems in production β beyond hype, focused on what actually works in real-world environments.
From architecture and resilience to MLOps, constraints, and decision-making, QCon AI delivered exactly the kind of deep, practical insights we value and bring back to our work.
As the year comes to an end, we just want to say thank you. π
Thank you to everyone who shared ideas, code, conversations, challenges, and learnings with us throughout the year.
May this season be a time to slow down, recharge, and celebrate what really matters.
Happy Holidays! β¨
The important part: in most cases, the fix is simple and can be done in just a few minutes with a small configuration or update.
Here are some helpful resources:

Security issues are stressful enough β no one should deal with them alone.
Recently, a critical vulnerability affecting React-based applications was disclosed.
React is widely used across the industry. Many well-known companies β and likely many teams reading this β have at least one project built with it.
In short, this vulnerability can allow attackers to fully compromise servers, potentially exposing passwords, personal data, and databases.
We're heading to QCon AI New York next week!
On December 16β17, our miners, Carlos Lopes and Talysson de Oliveira, will be representing Codeminer42 at one of the most relevant global events focused on practical, real-world AI engineering, organized by InfoQ.
See you there!
We loved being part of another edition dedicated to empowering women in tech β learning, mentoring, and building together.
A huge thank you to the Rails Girls SΓ£o Paulo organizers, tutors, and participants for creating such an energetic and welcoming environment.
See you at the next one! π
