Per chi non lo conosce è facile assimilarlo ai maki di sushi giapponesi, ma è molto diverso e non dite mai nulla di simile a unə coreanə se non volete starlə sinceramente sulle balle.
Il riso è insaporito con sale e olio di sesamo tostato e viene farcito con ingredienti cotti e conditi: di solito molte verdure, carne di vario tipo, sottaceti etc.
Non ci vanno salse, ma è molto apprezzato in combo con ramyun o tteokbokki!
