One thing I notice ever since I have the visual timer is I do a shit load of what I call "compressing" and surely I'll find somewhere else someone has given it a name.
That means, I set the timer for a task that I think migbht take mer 10 minutes distractions included.
I do the task, but also 3 other tasks. Somehow doing the other 3 tasks allow me to keep on task of the main one even if completely unrelated. Does this happen to anyone here
