I went out to US-10658 to run the repaired @qrplabs #QMX mid-band with a ground wire from the @elecraft T1 ATU and a @packtenna #EFRW with a 20' counterpoise, I had NO #RFI issues when holding my #BamaKey TP-III. I got great signal reports even though the conditions were "fair".

I picked up my new #bamakey #TPIII #morsekey today from the post office and took it out for a #POTA activation for great success, works great. #pota #sota #wwff #CW activating US-10658 with two DX QSOs hunting me, one from #hungary and one from #mexico.

Well....I will try to get at least one cw qso with the only rig I haven't had a cw qso.with yet...the Mountain Topper MTR-5B. I will be using the Par Endfedz Trail Friendly antenna and my trusted BaMaKeY EHT-II. With a newly charged battery, I will manage to put out 5W. I will be on my porch so I will have a high noise floor. Let's see if it works. 😅

Small radio kit! The Mountain Topper MTR-3B with a BaMaKeY and a Par Endfedz EFT- 10-20-40 Trail Friendly antenna. I use a 3S Lipo 1000 mah battery. They are usually used for rc cars or planes. It's a great setup that I'm eager to try out! And everything fits in a small fanny pack! 🤩👌
