Tasty and easy to make! Making flatbread is time consuming but I am getting more efficient every time I make it. The meat was easy and so delicious. I was pleasantly surprised that I found dried lime in the first shop I went to! Lovely to discover a new-to-me grocery store in the neighbourhood. I always wonder throughout this food adventure, if I were from the country that the food I am cooking is from, how welcome I would feel in Ottawa, based on the availability of familiar foods. Not all recipes have been equally easy to source ingredients for.
