Bereits das Amtsgericht hatte die beiden freigesprochen – die Staatsanwaltschaft ist daraufhin in Berufung gegangen und forderte 170 Tagessätze á 10 € für Luca & 140 Tagessätze á 10 € für Jori. Das Landgericht hat die Berufung vergangene Woche zurückgewiesen.

For paintbrushing the Brandenburg Gate:

Already the local district court had acquitted both – but the public prosecution department appealed and wanted 170 daily fine rates of 10 € from Luca & 140 daily fine rates of 10 € from Jori. Last week, the regional court rejected that appeal.

@FreakyFwoof @caitp @georgetakei FWIW if I'm feeling like I really want to boost something that doesn't have alt-text, I'll reply with an "image ID:" post and then boost it. Occasionally the OP will edit it into the original post (although I saw somewhere such edits might not federate? IDK). There are also reminder bots and the #AltTextForYou hash tag, but indeed, all of these are stopgap measures and the exclusionary spirit of the missing alt text remains.

A real community alt-text tool would be great.

Post a reply using the #AltTextForYou tag and add the text to your response. Lots of folk do it. It helps those using readers and (we hope) guilts the original tooter.

A professional bike race with dozens of people in the peloton. They bike by a horse's paddock, and the horse runs, leaps over the tall fence, and joins in the race. At first it's in the middle of the peloton, then as they cross a bridge it's ahead of the group. It seems to be having the time of its life, and it's a polite racer!
